3.1 One Account Per Person Policy

Each player may only open one account on jj123. If we detect duplicate accounts from the same player, we reserve the right to immediately close the second and any subsequent accounts and forfeit their bonuses.

3.2 Account Registration Process

When registering, you must provide your real name, phone number or email address, and date of birth. The phone number you provide must match your name on payment methods such as KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay.

3.3 Account Security

Players must keep their login details completely secure and must not share them with anyone. jj123 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from a third party accessing your account. Using another person's account is not permitted.

3.4 Account Closure Request

A player may contact the support team to request closure of their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded if it meets the withdrawal requirements.

4.1 Deposits

Minimum deposit amount — 20,000 Ks. Deposit methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. Deposits will appear in the account after verification is confirmed.

Deposits must be made in your own name only — third-party payments are not accepted. If this is found to be the case, we reserve the right to immediately return the funds and review the account.

4.2 Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal amount — 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The payment method used for withdrawal must be the same as the one used for the deposit.

Funds that include a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met. See the bonus section below for the wagering requirement details.

4.3 Financial Verification

For the purpose of anti-money laundering, we reserve the right to carry out identity checks on large withdrawal amounts. Funds will only be released once verification is complete.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jj123 offers a 200% bonus — up to 100,000 Ks on your first deposit. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and you get a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 60,000 Ks. The wagering requirement on that bonus is 40,000 × 10 = 400,000 Ks.

Another example — deposit 120,000 Ks and you get the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving you a total balance of 220,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 100,000 × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks.

5.2 Wagering Requirement Terms

You must wager 10 times the bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering calculations may differ by game type — Live Casino and Slots games generally count toward the wagering requirement, though some games may have restrictions.

5.3 Bonus Cancellation

jj123 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice. jj123 is not responsible for any balance lost as a result of using a bonus.

5.4 Promotion Abuse Policy

Promotions are intended for genuine players only. If fraudulent use of any promotion is detected, the bonuses will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

6.1 How Games Work

We guarantee fair play, as game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and real Live Dealers. Results of any completed game cannot be changed — we do not allow any technical interference, such as hacking or player-side manipulation.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a network disconnection or server issue, we will refer to our system logs to resolve the matter. Corrupted game results will not be considered valid.

6.3 Winning Limits

Players can advance through three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — based on their gameplay activity. Bronze members can earn up to 0.3% cashback per week, Silver up to 0.7%, and Gold up to 1.0%. jj123 may adjust the terms for moving up or down VIP tiers at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at jj123—

• Opening more than one account (multi-accounting).
• Deliberately exploiting bonuses to withdraw funds (bonus abuse).
• Manipulating game outcomes using hacking techniques or bots.
• Making payments linked to money laundering.
• Depositing using third-party funds.
• Colluding with others to manipulate bonuses or engage in pre-arranged play.
• Opening an account with false information.

If any violation of these policies is found, the relevant account will be immediately suspended and funds may be forfeited. Legal action may also follow.
